Valentina brings with her over a decade of experience in the commercial pet industry, along with a genuine passion for animal care and client service. Driven by her desire to further develop her skills, she transitioned into the veterinary field and joined the IVC team in October 2025. As part of the front-of-house team, Valentina plays a key role in supporting daily clinic operations and ensuring a warm, efficient, and welcoming experience for both clients and their pets.
