Lee graduated from University Malaysia Kelantan with a Degree in Animal Husbandry in 2013. He has a soft spot for the brachycephalic breed. In his spare time, he likes to go to the gym.
Douglas grew up in a household with loads of animals and now owns 5 cats and 2 dogs. He started working in a vet clinic since 2012 and found that it combines his passion for nursing and love for animals. He has since then made a resolute decision to stay in this profession and wishes to continue further studies moving forward.
Ricky graduated with a DVM degree from the Philippines. He is happily married and is blessed with two children. At work, Ricky is passionate and dedicated to helping and working in a small animal practice.
In his free time, Ricky enjoys watching movies as a form of relaxation. He also does light gym work and swimming to stay fit and healthy.
Ding Xun joined Island Vets in 2022 as a Veterinary Nurse. Prior to this, he spent 4 years in the Jurong Bird Park as a Trainer and Presenter. In the past, he was presenting and entertaining the crowd with eagles and vultures; now he takes care of cats and dogs in the clinic. He loves guinea pigs and will be the first to appear when a guinea pig visits the clinic. In his free time, Ding Xun will be at home gaming or teaching his guinea pigs new tricks.
Lalitha joined Island Veterinary Clinic on Nov 2017, after completing her studies in Information Systems and Business Management. In her career portfolio, Lalitha has seven years of service experience working in the hotel industry. She switched her career to work with animals to move towards her passion. Since then, she has gained much experience in handling animals and worked in various organizations such has SPCA, Jurong Bird Park and Sentosa. Her passion lies in the love for animals and she is a proud owner of a Labrador and two Siamese cats – all of which are adopted. Personally Lalitha strongly believes in adopting pets and has a soft spot for senior pets.
